The manga clip art is ment to help you learn how to draw manga and create manga. It's like a CD you can load up and it's got preset poses of people that you can color and make a comic with. I thought it was kinda cheezy and the art isn't all that great. It's very similar to the first volumes of the 'How to Draw Manga' books. But it was a book someone gave me.
It might have some screen tones on it. The book also shows you the different things you can do with the program~.
